Individual Counselling
A space just for you
Many people are told to keep their struggles private. We’re expected to stay strong, manage on our own, and not show when we’re having a hard time. This might help in the short term, but it can also make us feel alone, tired, or cut off from the people we care about.
If you are feeling unsure about your identity, overwhelmed by emotions, stuck, or not good enough, counselling can help. It offers a calm and private space where you can talk openly, explore your experiences, and be listened to without judgment.
Through this process, you can start to feel more understood, more confident in yourself, and more connected to the people and things that matter to you.
Through counselling, you can:
- Understand yourself in the context of your relationships and environment
- Develop skills to navigate challenges with greater awareness and flexibility
- Improve connection to yourself, your values, and the people who matter most to you
Some of the topics a client might bring:
- Sadness
- Anxiety
- Bereavement
- Self Esteem
- Neurodiversity
- Family issues
- Stress
- Transitions and life changes
